What is this app for?: A short interview about how confidently pupils use Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office, so the school can plan the right IT support.
Who can access it?: Pupils in Years 7 to 10, with their school account. Results are seen only by the staff planning IT support.

What it does

A ten-minute check-in on the school's Microsoft tools

What we ask

Your year, form and device, how well you can do everyday things in Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word and Excel, five quick "what would you do?" questions, and your ideas for help.

What you get back

A Skills Passport straight away: what you are already good at, three quick wins with tips, and the answers to the quick questions explained.

Who sees your answers

A small group of staff planning IT support. They use your answers to decide what help to offer. They never go on your report and do not affect your marks.

How long we keep them

Until the end of this school year, so we can check whether the support helped. Then your answers are deleted. Ask the IT team if you would like yours removed sooner.
